Faye is a confident and natural sounding Voice over and Radio Presenter with over 15 years’
experience behind the mic. Now settled in Manchester after having lived in London and Sydney, her
voice has been heard in many different formats, around the world.
Her vibrant, energetic and engaging voice has a mild Northern and Lancashire accent. Friendly and
upbeat, she takes direction well and is quite the perfectionist.
Faye currently presents Sunday afternoons on Heart FM across the Northwest and prior to the
arrival of her second son in late 2017, hosted drive time on Capital FM across the Northwest and

Born and bred in West Yorkshire, and trained at ALRA North drama school, Kate has a friendly, down to earth and warm voice. She has a real energy, versatility and natural ability to bring any script to life, with a sincere, personable tone, of course, always with a proud Northern grounding. Naturally sitting in softer, and higher tones, she has a real youth, innocence and distinctive brightness to her sound. Kate is able to do a wide range of accents with ease, ownership and embodiment.
Elen is a native Yorkshire actress now based in Greater Manchester, having recently graduated with a 1st Class BA Hons in Acting from ALRA North. Elen has a clear, bright, friendly and conversational tone, yet can also make informative or professional text engaging on the ear. Elen has a native East Yorkshire accent but is able to neutralise this comfortably. Elen enjoys all forms of voice over – from commercial jingles to narration and all things in between!
Nicola was born and bred in Blackpool before moving to London to train as an actress. After graduating from ArtsEd drama school, she worked in TV and Theatre, most notably as regular Nicola Rubinstein in Coronation Street.
Nicola is also a writer, political activist and equality campaigner.
John Slater is a creative director, a lecturer,an art director, film extra and (most importantly here at Manchester Voiceover) a voiceover artist!
John’s career has resembled something of an airline timetable, with arrivals (and departures) in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Toronto, Vancouver, Dubai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore Cairo, Cape Town, Nairobi, Jeddah,Addis Ababa, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago.
He’s worked on everything from Apple computers to Zyliss food processors.
His name has featured in awards annuals around the globe, garnering over 100 statues and certificates.
Andy is an actor and improviser with a warm and hugely versatile Teesside accent. From lively and direct, to sincere and down-to-earth, to playful and eccentric. Andy has a great ear for accents and can create distinctive and well rounded characters in a flash.
Sophie has a bright and friendly voice with a soft northern accent. She can do a full range of northern and southern accents and has polished her RP. Sophie can so strong character voices with a good ear for accents and impersonations.
Probably best known for playing "Holly Barton" in ITV Emmerdale. As well as leads in Britannia High, Dalziel and Pascoe and Holby City.
Sophie has taken Lead roles in three No 1 UK theatre tours, all of which were in RP.
She has also narrated multi award winning independent feature film "The Salt Trail" as well as various short films and other projects.

Charlie has been working as a professional actor from the age of twelve and has vast experience on Stage, Radio and Screen. Upbeat and Approachable, Charlie brings that attitude into his work and takes pride in his adaptable and hardworking style. Having a BA Hons Degree in Acting from LIPA, Charlie is comfortable with every style you should wish to throw at him! Although Charlie is a Manc lad at heart, he has a great ear for accents and with his family from Northern Ireland, can change his voice at the drop of a hat.
Sam’s natural Northern tone, alongside his genuine warmth, makes him a popular choice for a range of projects. He’s flexible too. From a harder, more stylish edge, to that genuine, youthful ‘real lad’ read. With his years of media industry experience, he understands what advertising projects need to be successful, which is reflected in his professional approach to each and every session. As a native from Newcastle, he can turn on the Geordie when needed too.
